Letter A

Accountant's letter

A letter from an accountant to confirm the levels of income achieved by the client it can also confirm the viability of the business at that time.

Some lenders may accept an accountant's letter instead of audited accounts.

However such confirmation is more likely to be accepted if the the loan-to-value ratio is lower as this represents a lower overall risk to the lender.
