Structural building survey
The most detailed and widest form of
inspection that can be undertaken by a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
Chartered surveyor. In the case of properties with any structural movement,
lenders may also require a structural engineer's report these two reports should
not be confused with each other. This is a different type of survey carried out
by a Chartered Building Engineer.
